How to display the widget to specific customers on Lightspeed Ecom

Widget can be available on the website to specific customers.

    • Go to the Kangaroo Business Portal. 
    • Go to Settings. 
    • Go to Apps & Integrations. 
    . Go to Lightspeed Ecom and click on Configure.
  • Scroll down to Advanced.
  • Select Yes under Hide kangaroo widget, banner, inject sections in your website.
  • The option to display the widget to a certain group of customers is possible. Choose one of the options displayed under this rule. 


  • After activating Hide kangaroo widget, banner, inject sections in your website rule, choose to which customers the widget will appear to.
    1- Customer login: only customers who are logged in to their account on the website will be able to see.
    2- Customer tiers: only customers belonging to the specified tier will be able to see.
    3- Customer tags: only customers with the specified tags will be able to see.
    4- Customer email domain: only customers who have the specified domain as their email domain will be able to see the widget. (example: gmail.com)
  • Click on Save to finalize.
