How to customize the tier upgrade SMS message?

Send customized SMS messages for the business customers when their tier status upgrades. This is a small guide on how to customize the SMS message.

  • Log in to your Kangaroo New Business Portal.
  • Click on Settings.
  • Click on System Messages.
  • Choose Tier Upgrade.

       

  • Click on Language, and choose the language needed. A default template is available in different languages.

           

  • Customize the congratulatory SMS message sent to customers when they upgrade their tier, in the Mobile Message section and by clicking on Edit Message.

                                                   

  • In the edit message section, customize your SMS message.
  • Make sure to keep the required variables (*) in the SMS message, otherwise you will get an error message.

                                           

  • Make sure to click on save.
  • The SMS message will be automatically saved in the backend and ready to be sent whenever one of the customers upgrades tiers.
