How to create a user role in Gorgias

You have the ability to establish distinct user roles, each possessing unique permissions and access privileges.

  • Click on the drop-down menu and go to Settings
  • Go to Users and click on Create User
  • Fill the required fields like the name and email address of the user and select which role you are assigning
  • Observer and Lite roles will only have access to view user information on the Kangaroo widget.
  • Basic, Lead and Admin roles will have the ability to view user information as well as make adjustments to points or assign free shipping offers.
