How to change customers consent options

To change a customers consent options follow the below steps:

• Log into the Kangaroo Business Portal.
• Go to the Customers - Customer Management section.
• Search for the customer using their phone number, and email address, after clicking on the filter button .
• Click on the Blue Eye icon User Details button on the right.
  
• Click on the modify, under the marketing consent section
  
• Click the toggle to enable or disable the consent for the user.
  
• Click on the Save Consent button to apply the changes.
