How to capture consent on the Lightspeed K series

Consent is not captured directly when adding a new customer to the Lightspeed K series screen. It will be captured as N/A in Kangaroo. The first time the customer is attached to a sale and the Rewards Button is clicked to access the rewards, a message will appear to save the consent.


Make sure to select the checkbox, to opt the customer in for email and SMS communication
