How to manually adjust points for a user in the Kangaroo New Business portal?
- Access the Kangaroo New Business portal.
- Go to the Customers section in the main menu.

- Select the client either by the email or phone number provided and click on the eye icon to access their profile.

- Once in the customer profile, you will find on the top right a section containing the point balance of the customer and under it is Adjust Balance.

- Click on Adjust Balance and it will display where you can add or subtract X amount of points from the client's balance.

- Once done, kindly don't forget to press on confirm and save the changes in the profile.
