How to adjust a customer point balance

To adjust customers' point balance go to the customer management section.

Follow the below steps:

  • Log into the Kangaroo Business Portal.
  • Go to the Customers section.
  • Search for the customer using their phone number, and email address.
  • Click on the Blue Eye icon User Details button on the right.
  • Click on the Adjust Balance button.
  • Increase/Descrease points for the user.

  • Click Confirm.
