How does the information flow from the Lightspeed K series to Kangaroo rewards

When using integrations it's important to understand the flow of things and how information/customer data travels from one system to another.

In order for you to see your customer's points in Kangaroo, you need to make sure to have the following:

  • Attach a customer to your sale with the phone number and email address 
    Phone number must be in the Phone number 1 field, email must be in the email address field.
  • Add items to the sale and capture payment. 
  • Once the transaction is processed, it will be automatically pushed to see the information in Kangaroo. 

Keep in mind that any modification done in Lightspeed needs a processed transaction to be pushed to Kangaroo.
