How does the information flow from lightspeed to Kangaroo Rewards.
The flow of the integration is always from Lightspeed to Kangaroo.
In order for you to see your customer's points in Kangaroo, you need to make sure to have the following:
- Attach a customer to your sale with the phone number and email address
Phone number must be in the mobile field, email must be in the email 1 field - Capture your customer's consent.
- Add items to the sale and capture payment.
- Once the transaction is processed, it will take up to 10 minutes to see the information in Kangaroo.
Keep in mind that any modification done in Lightspeed needs a processed transaction to be pushed to kangaroo.
