How to purchase additional SMS credits.

Need more marketing credits? No problem!

  • When planning to send out a new marketing campaign, a business might notice that they don't have enough SMS/Email credits to reach the desired amount of customers, or they are getting the Not enough credit error message. At the top of the page, the amount of credits available is shown.
  • When working on a campaign, save it as a draft before proceeding as refreshing the page may be needed.
  • Go to the Kangaroo Business portal and then go to the Marketing section.
  • Click on the Buy more credit button.


  • The business can buy in blocks of 500.


  • Follow the purchasing steps.

 

Blocks of SMS credits do not roll over to the next month, so please make sure to benefit from your existing credits each month. Uncheck recurring if the purchase is a one time purchase. Selecting recurring will make the purchase recurring, which will automatically add the specified number of credits to your account each month.

Contact the Account Manager to change the monthly plan.
