How do I make a product point exempt on Lightspeed X series

• Go to the business portal. 
• Go to the A La Carte section under Advanced. 
  
• Click on Choose a Product from your Lightspeed X store.
  

Enter the product ID from the Lightspeed X series account and click on Find Product.

• Make sure it is on the right side of the screen.
• Allocate 0 points for that category or product.
• Click on Save.
