How to cancel the subscription.
Before you go, chat with us or schedule a one-on-one session. We have many tools and options available.
Check and make sure you are giving the required notice. All cancellations have a 60-day written notice required.
For customers who are on a monthly payment plan, you will receive a final invoice for the remainder of the term shortly after your cancellation request.
Email your request to cancel@kangaroorewards.com and make sure to include the following information:
- Your business name clearly visible in the subject title or body of the email.
- Your direct contact information.
- Reason for cancellation.
NOTE: We only accept cancellation requests from the Kangaroo account owner.
If an employee or colleague makes the request, they must provide the account owner's direct contact information and the account owner must provide the request written.
