How do customers earn points, auto rewards, in Lightspeed Retail
The auto reward for earning points eases the business flow to let their customers automatically earn the points after a successful transaction.
- Any integration under Lightspeed Retail should have the auto rewards enabled always to reward the clients automatically with points after any successful transaction.
- Log in to the Kangaroo Business portal.
- Go to the Settings section.
- Go to Apps & Integrations.
- Go to the Lightspeed Retail POS.
- Always enable the checkbox of Enable Auto-Reward Points for Lightspeed and fill the starting day for earnings.
- After this rule is enabled, each transaction successfully completed for Lightspeed Retail will let the customers earn their points automatically.
- Click on Save to save the changes made.
