How do customer tags migrate to Kangaroo from Lightspeed
The Marketing strategy may contain marketing to customers based on tags, to access customer tags via Kangaroo's marketing engine on Lightspeed by syncing them into the marketing engine in the Kangaroo business portal.
Follow the below steps:
- Log into the Kangaroo Business Portal.
- Go to the Settings section.
- Click on App & Integrations section.
- Go to the Lightspeed Retail section and click on the Settings icon.
- Enable the checkbox for the below rule.
- Click Save.
You will find these tags available via the filter Customer Tags when you are in the marketing engine.
