Workflow

How are the workflows rewarded? (Points, Offers)

The objective of Workflows is tracking user interactions (triggers), evaluate conditions, and apply rewards (actions) accordingly. Workflows can be rewarded by Points or Offers. How?

We can choose to reward customers that completed a workflow in 2 ways:

  • Add points to their balance.
  • Send them an Offer.

After selecting the Trigger (completed profile or Tier upgrades) and filling the details (timing, audience), we move to the Block Selection (Actions).

We have 3 types of blocks:

  • Actions: Reward points or reward targeted offers.
  • Timing, Wait: This is used if the business wants to pause the workflow for a set amount of time (in hours), that means if he wants to add a delay or a waiting time between one action and another.
  • Logic, Conditional split: This is used if the business wants to set different chains of actions depending on some conditions. The list of conditions is the same that is used in the trigger of that workflow. But the selected conditions can vary.

  • If you choose Reward Points, you will then be asked to add the number of points.

  • If you choose Target Offers, you will then be asked to add the Offer.
N.B: When you create the offer in the Offers Section on the Business Portal for the workflows, make sure you select Targeted Audience, for it to show in the options here.

  • You can add as many Actions as you want.
  • Click on the Plus icon between an action and the other, or at the end of the workflow, to add an action in the respective place.
  • You can stack as many conditional splits as you want under each other.

  • Save your workflow.
