Description, Terms & Conditions.

Though it might not always be a system requirement, including a detailed description, terms and conditions to a company promotions can offer tremendous value. It can help protect you and your customers and provide important and helpful information

The description allows you to communicate more detailed information than what can be done with a title or an image. If there are any special conditions, purchase requirements, or limitations that can’t simply be communicated with the fields that are required, but are relevant, this information should be included in the Terms & Conditions field.

Including descriptions and terms and conditions can be added to offers and redemptions. The fields are not mandatory. When published, descriptions and terms and conditions will be available to the viewer to read.

When creating or updating any of the items below in the Business Portal, you will see a field to enter Terms & Conditions and a field to enter a Description. The fields are not mandatory.

*Only a Description can be included with your draw or a review program. If there’s information that would typically fall under Terms & Conditions that you’d like to communicate for a draw or a review program, you could include this information with the Description.

 

Terms & Conditions and Description can be viewed in the Kangaroo Rewards phone app and in a white-labeled phone app. Your customer can tap on any of the items that have a Description or view them. The same information can also be viewed in the tablet app once your customer has been logged in.
