Custom Email Sender.

Custom email domain is the name of your brand or website domain that you use to generate email addresses for your company instead of using the email provider's generic name.

Kangaroo’s default email sender is “donotreply@kangaroorewards.com”. However, Kangaroo allows a business to change the email address used when sending emails from the marketing engine. It’s an opportunity for the business to hide Kangaroo’s trace and make it more personalized.

There are different types of emails that go out from Kangaroo. You can find system messages such as “welcome message”, “Tier reached message” … and transactional emails such as emails created and sent by the business from the marketing engine. When you choose a custom email sender, it will be changed in both types of emails.

This feature is not included in the Ultimate package. However, businesses can still request it from the Kangaroo support team.  The team will enable it and will guide the business through the next steps and the necessary requirements. 

The domain needs to be verified and authenticated to avoid being sent to junk.
