When creating a marketing campaign, including the business name in the SMS text obligatory.

  • When sending a marketing campaign from the Kangaroo business portal, a business won’t be able to send an SMS without including the name of the business in the SMS text. 
    This is mandatory to comply with the carrier's regulations. 
  • Here is the message that will pop up when an SMS campaign is sent without including the business' name in the SMS text. You can click on the "business Name" as a variable to include it automatically.
