Branches.
The Branches section is where you can edit the information of your business/location (Logo, business hours, address, etc) as well as create login information for employees.
With Kangaroo, your loyalty program can be run across multiple physical locations. Your loyalty program doesn’t have to be restricted to just one channel. We offer an omnichannel solution where your loyalty program can be managed the way you need it to be.
You might want to have a special event at one location and not in another. You may have branches in English countries and in Spanish-speaking countries. Or you might simply want to have unique offers and rewards for your eCommerce division; yes, we treat eCommerce as a separate branch. No matter what it is, we’ve got you covered.
The Branches section. This section of the business portal is where you can set up and manage the following:
- Basic information: Add and edit a physical address, phone number, website, and email address, and even modify the business or branch name.
- Operational information: List each business’ operating hours and the customers’ language options for each branch.
- Employee information: Create and manage employee profiles. Each employee will be given a unique username and PIN, and since every transaction in the Dashboard shows the employee username associated with it, this can be helpful in tracking employee activity.
Offers and rewards can be made available at all your branches, selected branches, or individual branches. Your business’ branches can also be targeted in marketing campaigns, making some promotions available at certain branches, and not in others.
Ecommerce integrations are treated as a separate branch as well, for the purpose of tracking where customers are coming from. This will also allow you to target offers, rewards, and marketing campaigns to your e-commerce customers only.
