Where to find lifetime balance of a user.

Follow the below steps:
  • Go to the Kangaroo business portal and click on the Customers - Customer Management section.
  • Click on the Filter on the right of the table and search for the user
  •  Select the customer that you want by clicking on the small eye icon next to it
  • You will see the lifetime balance below the points balance.
