How to create a redemption catalog in Big Commerce.

Go to the Redemption section of the Business Portal.
Click on the Create A Redemption.
Select the Title and Reward Image.
Select Reward Type (Free Product, Cashback or Discount).
Press on Category in the Optional Parameter section to attach a category to the reward.
Click on Next.
Select your Audience ( All customers, Target customers, Tier customers).
Click on Next.
Select Start and end date.
Select Location Availability of the reward as Big Commerce.
Select number of Points required to redeem the reward.
Click on Next then Save.
