Mindbody - Why are my customers not earning points?
You might've noticed customers not earning points for their transaction. Why is this happening?
There are plenty of reasons why the customer(s) are not earning points after a transaction or purchase, such as the below:
- Allocation of Points: You can set the days by which the client will receive the points after a certain transaction. In case it wasn't zero, then by the X amount of days, the points will show for the client.

- Auto Rewards Rule: When the Auto Rewards Rule is disabled in the Rules Section, the customers won't be earning points unless it is enabled.
- Different Email/SMS: In case the customer created an account with a certain email or phone number then when doing a transaction later on, created a new account with a different email or phone number, it will create a 2nd account. Therefore, the points won't be showing on the main account he/she was using.
In case it wasn't any of the above reasons, kindly reach out to a support agent with the Sale ID so they can look into it.
