The Marketing feature in the Kangaroo Business Portal App provides businesses with tools to create and manage targeted campaigns through SMS and push notifications. This allows businesses to engage their customers with offers, promotions

Choose Audience: Select the specific customer segment for your campaign.

Select Delivery Method: Choose between SMS or push notifications (email is currently unavailable on the app).

Message Content:
- Campaign Name: Set a recognizable name for the campaign.
- Campaign Subject: Enter a short subject line for the message.
- Body: Write the main message content.
- Image: Add an image to enhance the message visually.
- URL: Insert any relevant links for additional information or redirection.

Advanced Rules: Configure any specific rules to tailor the campaign’s reach and engagement.

Check Credits: Review available credits to ensure sufficient resources for the campaign.

Audience Filters and Campaign Summary: Verify your audience settings and review the campaign summary to confirm accuracy.

Publication Dates: Set the schedule for the campaign—either to send immediately or to go live at a specified time.
NB: For targeted customers, you don’t need to send campaigns through the Marketing section. These can be sent directly from the application without creating a marketing campaign.
