How to use kangaroo variables in macro search on Gorgias within the email body(mention Point, referral link, tier status)

  • Go to your Gorgias Dashboard 
  • Click on create a new ticket
  • In the search bar you can search for macros by name  
  • You can now search for  point balance ; referral link and tier status .
