How to setup a workflow for the tier upgrade trigger

  • Go to the Workflow section of the business portal.
  • When creating a workflow, please choose the Entered into Tier.

  • Choose Tier Update, Tier update to, Tier downgrade to.

  • Select the start and expiry date while also choosing the target audience
  • Choose an action or block to define what happens next in your flow after the trigger.

  • After finalizing your workflow, click on save workflow.
