How to Save and Apply Receipt Scanning Changes
After making any changes on the Receipt Scanning settings page, click the Save settings button in the Save scanning rules section at the bottom of the page.
Important: Changes apply only to receipts submitted after the save. Receipts that have already been submitted, whether pending in the review queue or already approved/rejected, are not re-processed under the new rules. If you are making a significant change (such as enabling template matching or tightening submission limits), be aware that in-flight submissions will still be evaluated under the previous configuration.
