How to redeem a reward on Lightspeedspeed Retail.
The business can choose to have a structured redemption catalog to allow the customers to redeem their points to benefit from the rewards catalog.
Follow the below steps:
- Go to the Lightspeed Retail Screen
- Go to the Sales section on the left side of the screen.
- Click on the New Sale Icon
- Click on Search to attach a customer to the sale, and attach an item to the purchase
- Now Click on Rewards and it will open the below page.
- Go to the Available Offers section on the right side of the page and click the checkbox where flashes in blue the circle
- Now the Redeem button will flash in green click on it. (Top right corner)
- A pop-up message appears on the screen
- Click on Redeem
- Click Ok the green button and Proceed normally with the payment flow.
