How to redeem a reward on Lightspeedspeed Retail.

The business can choose to have a structured redemption catalog to allow the customers to redeem their points to benefit from the rewards catalog.
 
Follow the below steps:

• Go to the Lightspeed Retail Screen
• Go to the Sales section on the left side of the screen.
  
• Click on the New Sale Icon
  
  
  
• Click on Search to attach a customer to the sale, and attach an item to the purchase
  
  
  
• Now Click on Rewards and it will open the below page.
  
  
  
• Go to the Available Offers section on the right side of the page and click the checkbox  where flashes in blue the circle 
  
  
  
• Now the Redeem button will flash in green click on it. (Top right corner)
  
• A pop-up message appears on the screen
  
• Click on Redeem
  
• Click Ok the green button and Proceed normally with the payment flow.
