How to Publish/Unpublish the Kangaroo widget on Gorgias
Need to make a change and don’t want the kangaroo widget up while these changes occur? No problem! With a few clicks here and there Kangaroo Rewards can make that happen.
- Go to the Kangaroo Business Portal.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to Apps & Integrations.
- Enable or disable the toggle to control the widget on the Gorgias platform screen
- Once you enable the widget it will show as per the below screenshot on Gorgias Screen
