How to Publish/Unpublish the Kangaroo widget on Gorgias

Need to make a change and don’t want the kangaroo widget up while these changes occur? No problem! With a few clicks here and there Kangaroo Rewards can make that happen.

  • Go to the Kangaroo Business Portal. 
  • Go to Settings. 
  • Go to Apps & Integrations.
  • Enable or disable the toggle to control the widget on the Gorgias platform screen



  • Once you enable the widget it will show as per the below screenshot on Gorgias Screen
