How to make a product point exempt

First, you need to make sure that the products are created in the products - manage products section of the Kangaroo business portal.

Then go to the Products - A la Carte section of the Kangaroo business portal and follow these simple steps:

• Choose an item from your Inventory by clicking on "Add Product" or selecting products from your integrations.
  
   

  • Select the product(s) and click on "select products"
    
  • Allocate 0 points for that product and click on Add to A La Carte.
