How to create a redemption based on a category in the Lightspeed R series

Go to the kangaroo business portal and go to the Redemptions - Redemption Rules section.
Click on Create a Redemption.
Insert the reward type.
Then select Category in the Products & Promotions section when scrolling down
Choose the category by enabling the checkbox or search for it from the bar and click on Save after selecting the branch.
Fill an Image
Select your Audience. ( All customers, Target Customers or Tier customers).
Select the Start date.
Fill out the Title.
Select Your Conditions.
Click on Save.

N.B: If you don't have the option to select a category for the lightspeed R series please reach out to support team.
