How to create a free shipping redemption.

To create a free shipping redemption go to the kangaroo business portal to the Redemption section.

Follow the below steps:
  • Go to the Kangaroo business portal.
  • Click on the Redemptions section - Redemption Rules.
  • Click on Create A Redemption.
  • Select the Reward Type as Free Shipping.
  • Identify the number of Points required for the client to redeem the reward.
  • Select the Title and Reward Image.
  • Select your Audience ( All customers, Target customers, Tier customers).
  • Select the Start and end date.
  • Select the Location Availability of the redemption.
  • You can choose the Minimum Purchase Amount (optional).


  • Click On Save at the bottom of the page and this redemption will be saved.
