How to change booking rules for Kangaroo Booking

Setup the booking rules from the business portal.

  • Go to the Kangaroo business portal and press on Settings.
  • Press on Apps & Integrations.
  • Scroll down to reach the Kangaroo Booking and press on Configure.
  • The rule Customers can refund within is the rule that specifies how many days a customer has to make a refund. In other words. Kangaroo will hold on to the points until the points mentioned in that rule have passed.
  • The rule Enable Auto-Reward Points for Booking First time sync tart date is the rule which specifies the day from which Kangaroo will start to reward customers for bookings.
