How to avoid duplicate transactions when the business uses third-party software.

Please follow the below steps:

• Go to the Kangaroo Business Portal

• Go to the Settings section

• Go to Apps & Integrations

• Go to the Lightspeed Retail section for Settings

  

-Scroll and enable the following "Import and reward eCom sales" in the Earning and Rewarding section.


-Click Save


N.B: Don't forget to disable the Reward Shopify purchases in the  Ecom section for the Apps & Integrations after enabling the Import and reward eCom sales
