Follow the below steps:

In the Kangaroo business portal go to the Redemption section - Redemption Rules.
Click on Create A Redemption.
Fill out the Type of the offer and number of points required..
Add an Title and image.
Choose Tiers as Targeted Audience.
Identify the Tier Customers you wish to address.
Choose location Availability, a start and end date.
Click on Save.

**Once saved this item, it will appear on the redemptions list.*

**This reward will only be available for customers part of the mentioned tiers.
