How can customers redeem an offer or a redemption reward in BigCommerce

Offers and rewards from the redemption catalog are displayed in the widget.

  • Log in to the account with email address or mobile number.
  • Clicks on the Widget and go to the Offers or Redemption Catalog section.



  • Select an offer from the Offer section or a reward from the Redemption Catalog and click the Redeem Now button.
  • Click on Apply to cart.
  • The coupon code will be attached to the customer's transaction and displayed in their cart.
