How can customers redeem an offer or a redemption on LightSpeed Ecom?

Offers and rewards from the redemption catalog are displayed in the widget.

Below are the steps that a customer should follow:

• Log into their account with their email or mobile number.
• Click on the Widget.
  

• Click on Offers section or the Redemption Catalog.
  
• Select an offer of from the Offers Section, or a reward from the Redemption Catalogue.
• Click on Redeem now.
  
  

• Click on Apply to cart.
