How to change the language of the welcome email/ SMS for Lightspeed Retail
You now have the capability to modify the language of the welcome email/ SMS according to customer preferences when creating a new account in Lightspeed Retail.
Here are the following steps:
- Log into your Lightspeed Retail Screen
- Click on New to add a new customer
- Fill out all the required information and save

- Once saved , go to the custom fields and choose the language preference
- The welcome email/ SMS will be received depending on the chosen language preference
