How to change the language of the welcome email/ SMS for Lightspeed Retail

You now have the capability to modify the language of the welcome email/ SMS according to customer preferences when creating a new account in Lightspeed Retail.

Here are the following steps:

  1. Log into your Lightspeed Retail Screen
  2. Click on New to add a new customer 
  3. Fill out all the required information and save 
  4. Once saved , go to the custom fields and choose the language preference
  5. The welcome email/ SMS  will be received depending on the chosen language preference
