Kangaroo Rewards can help your Loyalty Program provide your customers with an experience that shows them how important they are to you and how much you care about them.

The term you create for “points” should be labelled in a way that best aligns itself with your Loyalty Program, your business, and your customers. Kangaroo Rewards’ Custom Points Label feature gives you this freedom and flexibility.

With the Custom Points Label, you can give the name you want to “points”. Here are some examples of how the label for points can be customized and branded:

• Include the Business Name: Acme Dollars
• Include the Loyalty Program Name:  Platinum Points
• Include the Products/Services Sold: Smoothie Stars
• Related the name to Your Brand: Tastiest Treats

The Custom Points Label feature is in the Settings section of the business portal. When you customize your points label, you will want to create a singular and full plural label. Though not required, creating a shortened singular and plural label is possible, and often a best practice recommendation. 

The custom label you created is what your customers will now see and associate with your unique and branded loyalty program. Any change to the custom points label will automatically be updated across your entire program.
