How to set up the earning rule for tiers.

In the case of a tier program set, enable the override of this earning ratio Override earning rules based on Tiers and enter the amount of money and number of points in the relative field for each tier status.

Follow the below steps:

  • Go to the Settings section and then Earning & Redeeming.
  •  Under the Earning Rules, find a rule that says Earning Tiers and toggle it on.
  • When it's activated and specifies the earning ratio to each tier, customers who are part of these tiers will be rewarded based on the earning rule of the specific tier itself. It will override the basic earning rule.
