How to make a customer point exempt on Lightspeed Ecom

Business can make their customers' points exempt by excluding them to benefit from the loyalty program.

Here's the case to make customers' points exempt from the loyalty program. 

Follow the below steps :

    • Go to the Kangaroo Business Portal.
    • Go to Settings. 
    • Go to Apps & Integrations. 
    . Go to Lightspeed Ecom and click on Configure.

    • Scroll down to the Point Exempt section and Choose to make customers point exempt based on  Customer email domain or customer groups.

    • Make sure to always enable the Point Exempt Login Check rule.
    • Click on Save Settings to save the changes made.
