How to create a partner reward.

Partner rewards are about offering the customers even more variety when it comes to their selection of rewards. Partner rewards is an outside reward that is not normally provided by the business.

  • Login in to the Kangaroo Business Portal.
  • Go to the Redemptions - Redemptions Rules section and click on the Create A Redemption button.
  • In the Reward Type field, choose the Partner Reward option.
  • Fill out the required fields and number of points required.
  • Proceed to choose the audience.
  • Finally choose the start date, expiry date.
  • Click on the Save button.
